so many people marketing off the body positivity community and sadly it’s the ones with the most impressionable audience. this community brings together people coming from extremely vulnerable areas of self hate and eating disorders. to then abuse a safe haven community hashtag with content that couldn’t be further from body positivity is beyond me and to profit of it? I find personally EXTREMELY offensive,that’s just another level. I have no problem people wanting to earn money but not at the expense of getting your following to think diet fads are apart of ‘body positivity’ your SELF CARE might be your exercise and diet routine but do not push that on to other people misinforming them that’s what body positivity means. . #bodypositivity is accepting yourself at this very moment without having to make changes like society says we have to, you are perfect the way you are. 🧡 . to anyone that feels triggered by fitness or diet accounts, a person that works out is not above you nor you below them never forget 👏🏻
